Frequently Asked Questions

1. What do I need to send to start a project?

To begin a project with us, we kindly ask that you provide a complete set of architectural references. These typically include CAD drawings in .dwg or .pdf format, as well as elevation or section views. If official drawings are not available, a detailed hand sketch can also serve as a starting point. In addition to the architectural files, we recommend sending visual references such as mood boards, hand sketches, material samples, or inspirational images to help us better understand your vision. You may also include optional extras like 3D models (.max, .fbx, .skp, or .rvt) and briefing videos to further streamline the process. Supplying accurate and comprehensive materials at the outset ensures a smoother workflow, faster turnaround, and more cost-efficient results.

2. How do you determine cost?

Our pricing is based on several key factors. These include the overall scope of the project, whether it involves interior or exterior renderings and how many views are required, the level of detail expected, and the desired output format, whether still images or animations. Deadlines, complexity, and additional features such as custom 3D modeling or post-production enhancements may also influence the final cost. Once we receive your reference materials and fully understand your project requirements, we will provide you with a detailed, customized quotation within 24 hours.

3. What is the typical timeline?

Project timelines vary depending on the complexity and scale of the work. For basic still-image renderings, delivery generally takes between 3 to 7 business days. Projects that involve multiple views or require a higher level of detail typically take between 8 to 14 business days to complete. For more advanced deliverables such as animations or walkthrough videos, a few weeks may be required to ensure high-quality results. We always strive to meet your deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of visual quality.

4. What deliverables will I receive?

Our standard deliverables include high-resolution still images in your preferred formats, such as JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF. Upon request, we can also provide optional assets including 3D models, animation clips (MOV or AVI), and VR-ready walkthroughs to enhance your presentations. We tailor each set of deliverables to your specific needs, ensuring that what you receive is aligned with your project goals. A fast-track delivery option is available for urgent timelines, subject to an additional surcharge. Please note that delays in providing feedback may extend the overall production schedule.

5. How many revisions are involved?

We offer three structured rounds of revisions as part of our standard workflow. The first round focuses on the initial preview, covering basic lighting and materials. The second round allows for refinements to textures, details, and overall composition. The final round includes any remaining adjustments needed for project completion. Should you require additional changes beyond this scope—especially major revisions—additional fees may apply. This ensures we maintain a clear and efficient production process while delivering the highest quality results.

6. What software do you use?

We are always open to exploring long-term partnerships and collaborative opportunities. If you are interested in establishing a business relationship, we encourage you to contact our manager directly. We’d be delighted to discuss how we can align our services with your objectives and create value through ongoing cooperation.

7. How realistic are your renderings?

Our team utilizes a suite of industry-standard software to ensure high-quality results. For modeling, we work with AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Revit. Our rendering is powered by V-Ray, allowing us to create stunning, photorealistic images. For post-production and editing, we rely on Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. This combination of tools supports both hyper-realistic and stylized visual presentations, depending on your project’s creative direction.

8. What if I’m not happy with the results?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why every project includes multiple revision rounds, allowing you to fine-tune the visuals as needed. If further adjustments are required beyond the included phases, we offer extended revision options for an additional fee. In the rare case that the final deliverables do not meet the standards agreed upon at the outset, we are committed to making the necessary corrections—or, if appropriate, issuing a refund. We strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied with the outcome.

9. Who owns the final renderings?

Intellectual property rights for all final renderings remain with Imagine Studios unless otherwise specified in writing. However, Imagine Studios grants clients unlimited usage rights for the approved deliverables once they receive full payment. We kindly request that public usage, outside of your internal or private channels, include credit to Imagine Studios (e.g., “Rendered by Imagine Studios”) to acknowledge our creative contribution.

10. Can we integrate this into our workflow?

Absolutely. Imagine Studios regularly collaborates with architects, interior designers, developers, marketing teams, and product designers to seamlessly integrate visual production into their existing workflows. Whether you need a one-time visual for a specific project or ongoing support as part of a long-term collaboration, we can tailor our services to fit your team’s process and project timeline.

11. Do you offer discounts or partnerships?

Yes, we offer both. Clients managing multiple projects or requiring regular deliverables may benefit from volume discounts or preferred partner pricing. For those seeking long-term collaboration, we offer business partnership packages designed to streamline workflow, improve communication, and enhance cost efficiency. Rush delivery options are also available for time-sensitive projects. To explore tailored partnership opportunities, please reach out to our management team directly.
